Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Precious Paws — our website, dashboard, at-home test kits, and supplement products. By creating an account, ordering a kit, or buying a product, you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and ordering on behalf of a dog you own or care for. Precious Paws is currently available to customers in Canada.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Precious Paws is a wellness service. Our reports surface biological signals and translate them into supplement, nutrition, and routine guidance. They are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Nothing in our reports or supplements is a substitute for veterinary care.

If your dog has symptoms or a diagnosed condition, work with your veterinarian. Share our reports with them if it's helpful — they're designed to complement, not replace, that relationship.

• Prices and product details are shown at checkout in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes where required.
• Free shipping on test kits across Canada. Supplement shipping is calculated at checkout.
• Supplement subscriptions auto-renew at the cadence you chose. You can pause or cancel at any time from your dashboard before the next ship date.

See our Refund policy for full details. In short: 30-day refund on unopened kits; processed samples are non-refundable; supplement subscriptions can be canceled any time.

Don't reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or misuse the service. Don't submit samples that aren't from a dog you have authority over. Don't use the platform to harass or deceive others.

We own the Precious Paws name, branding, website, software, and the recommendation logic that powers our reports. You own your account information, your dog's information, and the derived biological data we generate from your samples. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use our service.

The service is provided “as is.” While we work hard to ground every report in peer-reviewed science and to ensure accurate lab processing, we do not warrant that results will be free of error or that the service will be uninterrupted. Biological-age estimates carry inherent uncertainty, which we surface as confidence ranges in every report.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Precious Paws is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to a product or kit is limited to the amount you paid for that product or kit in the 12 months prior to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario for any dispute that isn't resolved through customer support first.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the “last updated” date above. For material changes, we'll also notify active customers by email.
